The Nashville Needlework Market is
the premier wholesale trade show
for cross stitch — a wholesale-only, cash & carry, and
order-writing event.
Basic Cost to
Exhibit — $1,190
All 2026 exhibitor suites are currently filled.
The basic cost includes both your
registration fee and
your suite package:

4 hotel nights (Thu–Sun,
March 5–8, 2026) in your Embassy Suites exhibit suite
– Single or double occupancy ($210/night included)
– $10/night + tax for each additional person
– Corner suites carry an additional $40/night (waiting
list only)

exhibit space and sleeping
room

• Buyer’s Registration Packet
Insert — $110
An 8.5” x 11” color flyer placed in each buyer’s packet. Printed in full
color on glossy paper (one-sided, bleeds allowed).
Limited to 15 spots — one per exhibitor.
• Exhibitor’s Registration
Packet Insert — $110
An 8.5” x 11” color flyer placed in each exhibitor’s packet. Same specs
as above.
Limited to 15 spots — one per exhibitor.
• Tables with Fabric Covers —
$30 (6 ft) / $40 (8 ft)
Provided by the hotel; billed directly to your room. Includes a fabric
cover.
• Extra Nights in Your Suite —
$210/night (+ tax)
Available up to 3 nights before and 3 nights after the show.
Reservation deadline: February 1, 2026.
Payment is made directly to the hotel at check-in.
• Classroom rental — $50/hour
(or free for business classes).
• Package receiving (billed by
hotel):

$5 each

Boxes up to 36" x 24" x 24" —

Pallets — $150 per pallet

Shared
Exhibit Suites
Sharing an exhibit suite is
allowed. The second business pays a
$350 registration fee
and receives its own door sign and Show
Directory listing with color logo.
Sharing is especially encouraged
for new-to-Nashville
exhibitors. As an extra incentive, if you share your suite with
a new exhibitor, you’ll receive a
FREE 1/4 page ad in
Needlework Retailer ($495
value).

Cancellation
Policy
Exhibitors who withdraw will forfeit
their $350 registration fee.
Refunds of hotel nights may be
possible until January 15, 2026
if show hosts are able to reassign your suite to another approved
exhibitor.
No refunds will be issued after
January 15, 2026.

suites are reviewed.
